You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt, without the need for any justification.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories (box, tags, receipts, gifts, etc.).
• It must not be worn or altered.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraving).
• Discounted products or promotional items (except defective ones).

Refund Methods

Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed:

• Through the payment method you used.
• Within 5-10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for defective products).

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product from what you ordered:

• Notify us within 48 hours since receipt.
• We fully cover the costs of return and replacement.

Exchanges

If you wish to request an exchange (e.g., for a different size or design):

• You can request an exchange within 14 days.
• The shipping costs for the return and the new shipment are borne by the customer.
